RETAIL CUSTOMERS

FREE SHIPPING on retail customer orders over $50 -

  • Orders under $50 pay a flat rate of $4.95 (only in the continental US)

Shipping applies ONLY to locations in the continental United States. 

  • Contact us for shipping costs to other shipping points. 

New orders are generally shipped in 48-72 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday please allow 2 - 3 business days.

Once orders leave our facility, USPS, UPS & FedEx are reliable for getting it delivered.

An e-mail with tracking information and estimated arrival date is sent once your order ships.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Wholesale Customers pay shipping costs (FedEx, UPS, USPS) which vary by order size.  Orders over $500 receive a $25 freight credit, and over $1000 receive a $60 freight credit.  Shipping costs are calculated after an order is picked and packed, and we try to pack the fewest cartons, and avoid using oversized cartons when possible. 

  • If you require a shipping quote prior to shipment, please advise at order placement. 
  • If you prefer to charge your own freight account, please advise at order placement.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

All shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund issued for returns.

When shipping an item over $75 in value, we strongly encourage you to use a traceable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance.

Trend Lab is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return eligible items within 30 days of order receipt.  To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, returns must be in original packaging, and never used (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). If you have used the item or laundered it, no refund will be given.  Original shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for items if not purchased on our web site www.trend-lab.com. Please return items to the retailer from whom it was purchased, and please reference the return policy of the retailer from where it was purchased. 

Up to 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return or replacement that are defective due to a manufacturing defect. 

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on items purchased as final sale.

  2. The item(s) you wish to return – item # and description and quantity
  3. The reason for the return

There are situations where a 20% restocking fee or other fees may be deducted from your refund or exchange including but not limited to:

  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Any item damaged not due to factory issues
  • Any item missing parts not due to factory errors

Fees are charged for repackaging.  Refunds will be reduced by the value of the missing items that need to be replaced.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or status of the refund to be issued including any fee charges if applicable.  A credit will appear on your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days after this e-mail notice is sent. 

EXCHANGES DUE TO DAMAGE OR DEFECT 

We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email describing the issue and requesting a return authorization number to -  sales@trend-lab.com

EXCHANGES 

To ensure you receive the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment on the original order.
